This paper describes optimal voltage control and optimal placement of the three-phase individual step voltage regulator (3φSVR) considering voltage unbalance improvement. As a result of active efforts to promote renewable energy, there is a concern that voltage unbalance will increase due to an increase in distributed power sources. Therefore, this paper proposes the optimal control and placement method for 3φSVR for voltage unbalance improvement and loss minimization. Simulations verified that all the voltage unbalanced indices satisfied the constraint value and the objective function improved. This study proposes an optimal installed capacity of Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) for a small remote island (Aguni-Island) is belongs to Okinawa Prefecture in Japan. Photovoltaic (PV), Wind Generator (WG), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and Fuel Cell (FC) are considered to be installed for optimal sizing. The simulation conducted in this study has been simplified to account seasonal load and weather variations. This simulations aims to minimize the fuel and total cost of the system as it resulted in a total cost, which is lower than it was before DERs to be implemented. The voltage stability index of the power system is an important indicator for the stable operation of the power system. In addition, when a portion of the grid goes out, the flow of power is altered and power flows to the load through other transmission lines. At this time, the voltage stability is expected to decrease because the amount of power flowing through the transmission lines will increase. This study investigates a new voltage stability index called the critical boundary index (CBI), which can estimate the voltage stability more accurately than the conventional index. In this study, we have investigated how to compensate the voltage stability of the power system in the event of a line fault using the CBI. In this paper, the Renewable Energy System (RES) is considered in a small electric power system, equivalent to Aguni-Island, Okinawa Prefecture where the electricity demand is 1 MW. The proposed power system is consisting of Photovoltaic (PV), Wind Generator (WG), Diesel Generator (DG), and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). In this study, we proposed the optimal capacity and operation method of the PV, WG, BESS, and DG in the microgrid. The main purpose of this study is to reduce the cost of power generating from RES by cutting off the load. Households have considered with small PVs and BESSs, retained charging status during cutoff. This study, make it is possible to respond to the uncertainty caused by generating from RES. In addition, the burden on customers can be reduced. This paper describes a voltage unbalance compensation and minimizing loss in the distribution system by using three-phase individual step voltage regulator (3\phi \mathrm{S}\mathrm{V}\mathrm{R}). As a result of active efforts to promote renewable energy, there is a concern that voltage unbalance will increase due to an increase in distributed power sources. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of individual tap control for each phase of 3\phi \mathrm{S}\mathrm{V}\mathrm{R} by optimization. In recent years, global warming caused by massive greenhouse gas emissions has become a severe problem. As a countermeasure, the Paris Convention and the Basic Energy Plan have set CO2 reduction targets, including renewable energy power generation and electric vehicles (EV). However, an increase in the amount of electrical power charged to EVs due to the higher penetration rate will cause a significant load on the distribution system, making it difficult to control the distribution voltage. In this paper, we proposed a case where priority charging control based on a long-term charging contract is used for control at an EV charging station that combines Park Ride with EV charging using renewable energy and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). In this EV charging station, stationary BESS in a small-scale off-grid eliminates fluctuations in renewable energy generation, power system problems, and traffic congestion. - 自家消費型スマートハウスにおける最適運用
