Recently, school grounds have a tendency toward incorporating natural turf. There are both benefits and disadvantages in turfing school grounds. In this study, it is examined by proceeding studies. Furthermore, they are inspected. Then, the purpose of this study is reexamination about turfing school grounds.As a result of this study, it became clear as follows.1) The work that teachers must originally do is not increasing according to turfing school grounds. It rather strengthens cooperation with protectors and the local inhabitants. In addition, it is thought that it leads to decrease teacher's work and improve the education environment.2) Turfing school grounds is able to grow the natural turf in spite of using grounds by understanding the characteristic of the natural turf. In addition, it shows high education characteristics by cooperation with local inhabitants.From the above, from now on, it must become clear how to improve to bring up and manage them qualitatively. In addition, it is a big problem how to give the professional knowledge to teachers and students and protectors. Furthermore, they should not be caught only as a problem of the institutions. That is to say, it is important that they are united with the course of study.
