The promulgation opportunity and the influence of these laws have not been necessarily concretely verified though the Kamakura shogunate morality government ordinance of year of four of Bunei has been understood as a countermeasure to the crisis of the impoverishment of Gokenin place territory by the social change by the famine of Shoka and the Mongolia raid so far. Then, a historical meaning peculiar to the Kamakura shogunate morality government ordinance of year of four of Bunei was examined by examining the promulgation opportunity of the Kamakura shogunate morality government ordinance of year of four of Bunei and the social influence of thislaw in this text. As a result, it was clarified that a foreign factor to start assuming the war against Mongolia and to maintain and to recover Gokenin place territory had worked by having received information that Mongolia attacked Japan from a domestic factor and Korea of controlling fluidizing Gokenin place territory according to Gokenin's impoverishment by abnormal weather immediately before promulgation of the law at the promulgation opportunity of Kamakura shogunate morality government ordinance of year of four of Bunei. The point of having taken warlike reaction that assumes the war at the stage where it touched "Rumor" of the Mongolia raidcorrespondence is one of the features of the Kamakura shogunate morality government ordinance of year of four of Bunei. And, woman's place territory enfeoffment is limited because it was Gokenin place territory recovery order of military priority, and another feature of the Kamakura shogunatemorality government ordinance can be found to the point to have created the opportunity when the structure of male domination arose in the Gokenin society of the Kamakura latter term.

I created a basic database of documents about Kamakura-fu(Moromachi shogunate's eastern provincial governing organ) that Kamakura Kubo (the principal of Kamakura-fu), Kanto-kanrei (the assistant to Kamakura Kubo) and Kamakura-fu bugyounin（bureaucrats in Kamakura-fu) issued．And I added external information of each document to the database through original investigation,survey and collection of photographs and replicas. Moreover,I confirmed and studied 224 documents issued by The 4th Kamakura Kubo Ashikaga Mochiuji inclusively.And I presented new findings such as the relation between the document styles and political situations,presumption of era of documents based on classification of Ashikaga Mochiuji's handwritten signs(Kao).Furthermore I examined and presented new findings about the rating orders of eastern area warriors in Kamakura-fu, political actions of eastern area warriors under Kamakura-fu government.

Bicchuno Kuni Niiminosho is a Toji domain manor that existed in the Takahashi River basin in Niimi city Okayama prefecture.Containing a plethora of extant medieval documents, (such as the Toji hyakugo monjo), it is a veritable treasure house for the study of medieval manors. For this research, we were able to engage in a collaborative and comprehensive restoration study on the whole of this vast manor area. In the process of doing so, we progressed in the development of the GIS software "Multi-Layered Manor Record System", which is useful for manor surveys overall. We also presented our results in, for example, "Chusei syoen no kankyo, kozo to chiiki syakai" (Bensei Syuppan, 2014).

(1) Materials related to jito ukesho (a contract system in the Kamakura Period whereby the management of a manor is entrusted to a jito, or estate steward) and shitaji chubun (physical division of land) were gathered comprehensively in line with currentrequirements for historical materials.
(2) The study reveals a number of examples of the effects of events such as disasters on the establishment and abolition of jito ukesho.
(3) Field work was conducted at Miirinosho, Aki Province, in order to analyze the influence of shitaji chubun division of jito rights on the local area.
(4) The study revealed that military territories and occupations based on them held bybushidan (band of warriors), as opposed to shoen-koryo (manors and public lands), were seized by the Kamakura Bakufu powers and made into jito siki under shoen rights.
(5) The study revealed a process whereby organizations of warrior lords from 13th Century to the end of the 15th Century became linked to local society through patterns of involvement in annual events.

One purpose of this research is to create and disseminate tracings, annotated drawings, and explanations of estate maps based on materials from investigations of the original maps, actual sites, and related documents. In addition, we intend to study how to build systems for research and presentation support. In this project, site surveys of "Hioki Kita-go in Satsuma Province "revealed some new findings about territorial borders between the estate proprietor and the military steward(jito). We also constructed a "Geographic Information Storage System "to collect more information on place names that are critical to the study of estate maps. We are currently preparing to publish the overall results of this research in book on the historical interpretation of medieval Japanese estate maps.
