  車いす利用者の移動を支援するためにバリアフリー情報をインターネット上で提供する取り組みが進められてきた．しかしながら，情報が散逸しているため，外出時に必要な諸情報の入手に手間を要していた．本研究は，車いす利用者のバリアフリー情報の入手の利便性を向上させることを目的として，移動経路全般に関する様々なバリアフリー情報を一体的に扱い，車いす利用者が必要な情報を1つのシステム上で入手可能なルート案内システムのコンセプトを提案する．また，イベント会場への行き方の調査を題材として，車いす利用者の意見を踏まえて，システム要件を整理する．さらには，実現システムに対して車いす利用者による評価を行う．その結果，提案したコンセプトは車いす利用者にとって望ましく，実現したシステムは既存サービスよりもユーザビリティが優れていることを確認した．すなわち，提案コンセプトに基づいてシステムを実現することで，車いす利用者のバリアフリー情報の入手の利便性を従来よりも向上できるとの見通しを得た．
  Many studies were conducted to provide barrier-free information on the Internet to support mobility of wheelchair users. However, it was inconvenient for wheelchair users to get all information they need when going out, because almost all barrier-free information was provided separately. Purpose of this study is to improve convenience for wheelchair users to obtain barrier-free information. In this paper, we propose a concept of route guidance system which provides all barrier-free information about entire travel route only by one system. We also define requirements of the system with reference to wheelchair user's opinions. As a result of evaluation experiment by wheelchair users, we confirmed that the proposed concept was suitable for wheelchair users and usability of the system was superior to conventional services. These results indicate that convenience to obtain barrier-free information for wheelchair users can be improved by realizing a system based on the proposed concept.

  Toward 2020, the number of foreign visitor increases, this rise the frequency of public facilities congestion. Since the congested state impairs the safety and comfort of the facility, it is important to introduce a system that alleviates congestion by guiding facility users and controlling their movements. We measured the congestion situation in the facility, which was changing every moment, and constructed a dynamic guidance sign system to dynamically guide vacant routes, and it was actually evaluated at the Haneda Airport International Passenger Terminal. In this paper, we report the result of guidance effect measurement by displaying the degree of congestion.

  Local municipalities are trying to promote free Wi-Fi-enabled areas by offering attractive services to end users. Localization is possible as the user's rough position can be detected from Wi-Fi access point (AP) information. We design a navigation system that recommends locations from among those selected by local municipalities. The system does not send personal data such as user's movement history with high privacy and high psychological barriers to presentation. We also design a rule to decide the information to present based on user's movement history. We study the navigation efficiency of our system by applying it to the Himeji-castle area in western Japan. In the experiment, our system, running on the user's terminal, selects shopping areas suitable for the user using the user's moving history and directs the user to the castle and local shopping areas. 1,041 visitors were persuaded to install the program on their smartphone at Himeji-station and we analyze the valid data gathered from 156 user. We confirm that our system improves the visit rate by 16.5% and visit time by about 50 minutes. We confirm the system's effectiveness in raising the visit rates of shopping malls and thus the attractiveness of installing Wi-Fi access points.

  We propose SHOP-LDA, which captures latent patterns of user product adoption behaviors. The proposed model is a probabilistic generative model that extracts "topics", explaining why users select shops and items. Experimental results with real-world e-commerce user log data show that the proposed model is able to estimate user segments that are interpretable and possibly are beneficial for business practices. Furthermore, this method is applicable to the emerging service to use several shop orchestration such as the ID cooperation and the point alliance.

  時々刻々と変化するユーザの興味に連動して,提供する情報を変化させるために,ウェブページの閲覧履歴から短期的な興味のプロファイルを作成する試みが広く行われている.しかし,複数の短期的な興味をもって閲覧された履歴からプロファイルを構築すると,興味が平均化され,特徴が失われるという問題がある.我々は,この問題を解決するために,閲覧履歴間の意味的な類似性を利用してクラスタリングを行うことで,複数の短期的な興味プロファイルを抽出する必要があると考えた.過去の研究において,K-means法をはじめとしたクラスタリング方式により履歴を分類し,複数の長期的な興味を扱う方式が提案されている.しかし,これらの方式は,閲覧履歴が統計的な分布法則に基づいていることを前提としており,入力となる履歴数が少ないことが想定される短期的な興味抽出への適用は困難である.そこで,本論文では,入力となる閲覧履歴が少ない場合でも有効なクラスタリング方式を提案する.

  近年，内部犯行による企業や自治体などの組織内情報の漏えいが社会問題となっており，その抑止対策としてユーザの端末操作ログを定期的にセキュリティ監査する方法が注目されている．現状のセキュリティ監査は，一定期間のログをサンプリングにより選択し，それらを調査する方法で実施されており，その多くが監査人のスキルに依存している．監査ログ量の増加により監査人への負担が増大するため，効率的に監査を行う手法が求められる．そこで本論文では，監査人の支援を行う危険行動検出方式を提案する．本方式は，危険行動に該当するパターンを端末操作ログから高速に検出するものであり，監査対象ログの全件探索を達成する．本方式を自治体職員の端末操作ログに適用し，効率的に危険行動パターンを検出することが確認された．Information leak by internal threats is a big problem in companies and local governments. To deter them, security audits of terminal operation logs are attracting an increasing amount of interest. The usual security audit procedure is to sample logs at certain periods and then to check them visually. However, analysis accuracy depends on the skill of the auditor and the massive growth in the number of audited logs now threatens to overwhelm the auditors. We present an effective method that can automatically discover dangerous behavior that predicts an information leak. Our method detects the patterns representative of dangerous behavior, at high speed, and covers logs of all scales. We empirically demonstrate its usefulness on terminal operation logs collected at a local government and confirm that our method can correctly discriminate the patterns.

  This research aims for the establishment of the calculation method of user's psychological situation by a simple statistical work of the web access log. Each user's access tendency showed power law distribution as a result of analyzing the access log. There was a correlation between the user's behavior and the scaling exponent.

  We are considering dynamic signs which change content and form based on crowdedness. Aiming for 2020, they must be designed so anyone, including foreigners and elders, can easily understand them. To that effort, we examined ease of understanding of three different forms of signs at Haneda International Airport, surveying 102 passengers. We found that understanding of signs is influenced by age and nationality.

  本論文では，ユーザの Web サイトへのアクセスログから，革新的ユーザか否かを推定する手法を提案する．革新的ユーザとは，新製品に興味を持ち自身の考えを持って商品を選択することができるユーザを指し，一般的にイノベータやアーリーアダプタと呼ばれるものである．推定にあたっては，革新的なユーザと保守的なユーザは EC サイトにおけるWebページの参照行動，具体的には各種 Web ページへの参照頻度が異なるという仮説に基づき，EC サイトの Web ページへのアクセス回数データを素性に Support Vector Machine を適用して革新的なユーザを推定する手法を提案する．本手法を，7,000 名規模のパネルから収集した Web アクセスログを用いて評価した結果，Precision 値 0.8 前後で革新的なユーザを推定でき，アンケート回答を用いた推定の Precision 値 0.58 を上回る精度で推定できた．We study a way of extracting user groups having a specific psychographics. Especially we define innovative users as that segment interested in buying new items. Identifying such users will allow more firms to develop and market new products more efficiently. This paper assumes that innovative users are interested in specific information found on particular web pages on an e-commerce website. Once those web pages have been identified, new users can be categorized as innovative based on the pages they access. We propose a method of analyzing web access logs to classify users as innovative or not and report its effectiveness.

  Recently, an information leak by an inside job has been a big problem. The regular security inspection against the terminal operation logs has been attracted the attention as an inside job deterrent measure. However, it would be difficult to rely on inspectors to analyze all terminal operation logs because such logs tend to be bigger than serve logs. Therefore, we propose a automatic extraction method for information leak activities based on the data stream mining technique. We evaluate our proposed method by applying the terminal operation logs collected at a self-governing body.

  ウェブ広告において，ユーザのある期間の閲覧履歴を利用して広告を配信する行動ターゲティング広告が注目されている．しかし，行動ターゲティング広告は，検索連動広告のようにユーザからそのとき調べたかったことをキーワードとして与えられることは期待できないため，ある期間の閲覧履歴から，そのユーザが探していたもの，欲しかったもの (意図) をキーワードとして抽出する技術が必要とされている．キーワードの抽出には TFIDF に代表される文書単体への重みづけを適用し，その総和を採用する従来方式が利用されるが，従来方式は，各履歴を均等に扱うため，出現する履歴が少ないキーワードは抽出は困難である，本稿はこれらの課題を解決するため，文書分類を利用し，キーワードが出現した履歴からユーザの意図を推定する方式を提案する．また，被験者実験を通して，直前のクラスタと分析期間の履歴に共通して出現するキーワードの数が確保されていれば，提案方式が従来方式より有効であることを検証した．In this paper, we suggest a keyword suggestion method considering user's browsing interests in access log to overcome these problems. First, we make a hierarchical tree by using keywords appearance in access logs, for extracting lower abstraction keywords. Then 2 different abstraction levels set for contextual keywords and unique keywords, for deciding abstraction level of suggested keywords. In addition, we evaluate on effectiveness of a suggested framework by experiment results.

  "Personal Information Sharing Services (PERISS)" are targeted for the community formed with the gradual cooperation between individuals in the NGN era. Following four requirements for the personal information sharing services are shown; (1) users can be accessed with ease, (2) users can manage their data with the member's participation and secession, (3) security and privacy must be protected, (4) contents can be discovered easily and converted for easy to use. To fill these, we proposed the model which consisted of the user devices and servers called "Personal Communication and Navigation Server (PCNS)", which maintained each user's contents in the network. In addition, we proposed new authentication and authorization methods among PCNSs and between PCNSs and user devices.

  We introduced the recommender system "AwarenessNet" by the automatic recommendation technique for developing originally into online shopping site bk1, and did the demonstration of the recommendation service. The effectiveness of the recommender system is evaluated by the evaluation of the predictive accuracy by the simulation and the questionnaire survey to the sample user so far. However, it is difficult to ascertain the introduction effect when introducing it from the evaluation result to an actual online shopping site. This research shows the case about the introduction effect on the business side of the recommender system where the recognition cannot have been done by doing the demonstration of the recommender system in the real operation site in a past evaluation technique.

  We have discovered a conspicuous relation between the number of visitors (n) and the number of pages accessed n times, by analyzing user access patterns to a Web search server. This relation is described by the Power law distribution (expressed as y=a/x^<-b>), in cases where there are a significantly large number of registered pages. However, this distribution is affected by declining number of registered pages. Moreover, we further discovered that, the distribution resulted from reversing the independent variable and dependent variable, is not visually affected by changing the user sample size.

  パソコンやインターネットの急速な進展により、メーリングリストやネットニュース等の集団のコミュニケーションを支援するサービスが、一部の研究所や企業だけではなく、一般家庭にも普及し始めてきた。これに伴い、グループウェアの様な予め組織された集団の協調作業支援を対象としてきたサービスだけではなく、広域ネットワーク上に分散している不特定多数の人々の日常活動支援を対象としたサービスへの注目が集まりつつある[1]。本研究ではグループウェアでは実現されていない、(1)日常生活における偶発的な出会いの演出、(2)非定型なコミュニケーションの活性化、(3)ボトムアップに発生するグループへの場の提供等を実現する事を狙いとしているサービスを「コミュニティ支援サービス」と呼ぶ事にする。本研究ではまず実社会におけるグループ形成の動きを分析し、既存研究との比較を通して、既存研究の制限を克服した新しいコミュニティ支援サービスの創出を行っていく。

  This paper presents a new tele-collaboration system named MAJIC95. For tele-collaboration system, portability and simplicity is an important problem. When we want to solve the problem, we must pick over information to transmit. And we must not transmit useless information. We tried to make layered structure in human relation and to realize the depth of human relation. Then we have known that gaze awareness and actions is necessary information for tele-collaboration system. MAJIC95 is produced to transmit gaze awareness and actions with "some pictures of users" without "video image" which is used usual desktopconfarencing system. This paper reports how to implement it.

  通信技術やコンピュータシステムの発達により、地理的に分散した会議室同士を結ぶ、テレビ会議システムの臨場感を高める研究も飛躍的に発展してきた。しかし、どんなに技術が進歩しても、人間にギャップをまったく感じさせないほどの完壁な臨場感を実現することは不可能とは言わないまでも、困難かつ高価につく。これは、人間の感覚器は非常に精巧に出来ているためである。どれだけ似せても現実との違いに気付く限り、その目標は逃げ水のようなものである。また、毎回会議のたびにテレビ会議システムの利用予約を行い、会議室まで出向くのは面倒であり、電話をかけるような気軽さで各人の席から自由に参加したいという要望は強い。このような、携帯性や簡易性を上げる為には、伝達情報の取捨選択を行い、要らない情報の通信を敢えて切り捨てる必要があると考える。本研究では、人間の関わりを階層化することによって、その関りの深度を明確にすることを試み、人間の協同作業に必要な最小限の情報をそこから抽出し、通信コストを減らす効果を目指している。

  人と人のコミュニケーションにおいては相手が口にした言葉だけでなく、相手の視線、顔の表情、ジェスチャーのようなノンバーバル情報が相手の本心を知るためには重要な要素であると考えられる。そこで、筆者らはこうした点に着目して、より自然で人間的なTV会議空間の構築を目標とした、実験環境MAJICを試作し、その研究、改良を続けている。前回、MAJICシステムを利用して、投影画像の大きさ、相手画像間のシーム(継目)の有無、背景等が利用者に対してどのような影響を与えるかを実験によって評価し、MAJICのコンセプトが臨場感、実在感、印象的な会議空間の演出に大きく影響している事が確認できた。そこで、本論文では実験結果をもとにMAJICシステムを改良した、MAJIC-2システムの実装と、その使用のアンケート調査による評価について報告する。

  We need to know the real intention of participants which are not expressed by verbal languages. This means that not only verbal information but also non-verbal information(i.e., gestures, facial expression, eyes of participant, etc.) is very important factor. We proposed and had implemented the MAJIC^1system that eye contact to remote places with a life sized image is capablc. Actually, many users have used this system and it derived results that can to regulate the feeling which a user feels by changing the size of projection image. And we have carried out some evaluations about existense and nonexistense of the seam of display between a participant and the other one. The change of projection images size and background image pattern results in much affect to conferencing users. In this paper, we propose a new system which is based on the data acquired by this analysis.

  「目は口ほどにものを言い」という言葉があるように、視線とか顔の表情は、言葉よりもはるかにその人の本当の気持ちを表していることが多い。だが、現在のTV会議装置の多くはカメラをモニタ画面の上部に設置しているため、大画面になるほど見つめ合うことが困難となっていた。現在我々は、一枚のスクリーンに複数の相手を等身大で投映し、かつ視線一致が可能になるようなTV会議システムの試作を進めている。本稿では視線一致の方法を中心にしてその説明を行なう。[figure]
